At Audeo Corporate we are a team with over 15 years of expertise in corporate transactions, in several activity sectors, both domestic in Spain and international.
Our origin was in FCC Group (Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas), one of the largest holdings in construction and public services in Spain, and many other countries.
Fernando del Caño was in charge of the Divestment Department of the FCC Group. Previously he was responsible of the Corporate Development Department in FCC Versia. Many transactions were analyzed and executed, involving companies of different sizes and activities.
In 2013, after several years of severe economic crisis, FCC launched an ambitious divestment program, aiming to reduce the Group indebtedness and to concentrate in core businesses. The goal was selling assets for a total value of 2.2 billion euros, within a three years’ timeframe.
Fernando received the assignment of executing the divestment plan, that was completed in time, in a particularly complex economic environment. Accomplishing this challenge brought to the team an exceptional expertise and a deep knowledge in managing corporate transactions “from inside”.
In 2016, after leaving FCC, Fernando del Caño, as Managing Partner founded Audeo Corporate, to offer advisory services to companies facing corporate transactions.
